Research and Development

Research and development is one of the important aims & objectives of the Institute. The institute conducts research in the field of rehabilitation for the persons with disabilities (PWDs).  The faculty members from the Department of Occupational therapy, Physiotherapy and Prosthetics–Orthotics are actively involved in carrying out research projects aimed to provide quality care to the PWDs. The institute encourages such projects by providing intramural funding and other infrastructure.  The institute has its own Research and Ethics Committees.
